| Well, long story short, I've got me a job. I'm going to be working for a company called Modern Business Computing in Elgin, IL. They have a software product that allows a trucking company to keep track of it's trucks. I will start out helping them provide tech support for their software and move into custom client applications once the clients and I get to know each other. I'm excited to finally be able to earn enough money to get my own apartment. YEAH! Anyway, God has taught me a lot during the last 2 and 1/2 months. But I unfortunatly don't have time right now to go to much into that right now. I've got to get to bed. Gotta stay on schedule, I'm a workin man now.

| Wow, lot's of exciting things are happening my life right now. Everything except having a job! My church is moving to a new building. I spent at least 15 hours last week doing my part to help move. Yesterday I help pack up my churches technical equipment. We had tons of extension cords, and they all had to be pulled from a two story tall ceiling. The reason we are moving is two fold. First, we are out growing the building space we are currently renting. Second, the building is in very bad shape. It's actually becoming a health hazard to continue to meet there. Also, I finished a rather large project last week. When I was five years old (22 years ago) my day hand made me a dressor. Well, the thing is a beast and actually survived my very hard usage. So, I decide to refinish it. So far, everyone who has scene before the refinishing has been impressed. Here is a picture of it: Yes, those are my legs you see in the mirror. I had to stand on my bed to take the picture. The handles and the little round decorations have been painted gold. A major improvement over the brown and rust color they once had. In other news, it appears that I'm going to New York next week. My best friend has become an expert on a up and coming programming language that Adobe is creating. I get to tag along and help him teach his class. I'm even getting paid to do it. Yea!!! Lot's of cool stuff going on. Now lets see if I can get a job!

| Well, it's been a whopping two months since my last update. I'm back in Rockford after an internship with a pastor in Tennessee. I've been semi busy looking for a job. I've had two interviews so far and both seem very positive. It's just a matter of waiting and relying on God. In the mean time, I'm continuing my search for a job. Soon, I hope to be able to move out of my parents house and, gulp, have my own apartment. Otherwise, things are going well. For all of my friends still in school, I miss ya and good luck. For all my friends in IV, I hope NSO goes well.

| I was just reading Thomas Paines American Crisis. This is a series of books written during the Revolutionary war. In it he says the following: "Yet it is folly to argue against determined hardness; eloquence may
strike the ear, and the language of sorrow draw forth the tear of
compassion, but nothing can reach the heart that is steeled with
prejudice." While he was talking about winning the hearts of some of the colonists that had deserted to the British side during the war...It occured to me there is some truth here regarding evangelism.

| Wow! Has it already been a month since my last update? Well, I'm down in Chattanooga Tennessee for the summer. I'm working with a local pastor by the name of Kevin March. Although, I'm really not officially doing a lot with his church. I am doing a lot with his para-church ministry, Disciples In Action. Basically, right now we have a Wendy's that is letting us bring in Christian musicians to play in their restaurant. I'm essentially taking over the majority of the administrative task involving this ministry. Though I'm not officially employeed his church, Cornerstone Community Church. There does seem to be a few opportunities for serve. Over all, I'm excited to be here and I can already see God moving. How have you been seeing God moving lately?
